Senior RF Mechanical Design Specialist

Responsibilities Work within a team designing RF mechanical parts, including mechanical building concept, EMC-shielding, internal and external connector, sealing and so on. Work within a team to plan and study the future technologies of RF mechanical parts, like RFU, TRU and filter; Work within a team to study, experiment and develop the optimum design for high volume production. Focus on new ideas and realization of high performance, low cost and high reliability RF mechanical solution. Qualifications Required 10-15+ years experience working with telecom RF mechanical design. Knowledge and practical experience on RF mechanical design/tests/application. Knowledge and practical experience on usage of EMC-shielding material, sealing material, RF connector for RFU or TRU. Knowledge and practical experience on die-casting process, extruded process and machining process. Knowledge and practical experience on metal and non-metal materials usually used for RF module, and the technics of using such kind of materials on RF module. Knowledge and practical experience on RF module used for wireless base station (BTS), and RF module used for different standard of BTS (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE). Sensitive insight on telecom RF module mechanical technique and development trend. Knowledge of Pro/Engineer You will be employed by CO-WORKER as consultant for our client.
