Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for self-motivated and target orientated Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team in Sweden. We want you to have a strong Technical background (possibly to degree level) and at least 7 years experience in electrical / electronics or communication engineering. Currently involved in sales with a strong track record of success in a relevant field. Our marketing and sales team is worldwide so we assume that you are fluent in English. You must be willing to travel within Scandinavia and occasionally internationally.

We want you to manage a growing sales team, your core responsibilities will include increasing sales productivity, liaising between the sales and production departments, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure we maximize sales potential. The sales manager will also represent Radius at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings.

You will be situated at our office in Karlskrona.
