Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant for an international industrial company undergoing a group-wide ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA.
What You Will Work On
Lead master data structuring and migration into SAP S/4HANA
Ensure engineering data is correctly modeled and aligned with ERP standards
Establish and stabilize integrations between:
Legacy systems
PDM solutions (Windchill / KLEO)
SAP S/4HANA
Act as the bridge between ERP, product configuration, and PDM domains
Support and guide junior team members
Drive decisions and ensure progress in a high-intensity transformation environment
Create structure, governance, and prioritization within the master data workstream

What You Bring
Senior experience working in SAP environments during ERP transformations
Strong experience with master data, especially engineering-related data
Proven experience integrating ERP, PDM, and legacy systems
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives to completion
Structured, leadership-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
