You’re an analytical thinker. You’re self motivated and fantastic at conducting in depth research. You have a solid grasp of SEO and know the true value it has on a business and can clearly demonstrate its impact. You’re passionate about the particulars of SEO, the trends, best practices and algorithm changes. You have a growth mindset and you want to focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. You’re a risk taker, but smart about it and willing to experiment. You’re a team player and great at communicating key results to team members, even if they are cross functional or departmental.

What you’ll be doing
Build and execute a holistic SEO strategy to generate relevant traffic and leads that impact the bottom line.
Keyword Research & Page Prioritization
Manage technical and off page SEO
Monitor and report on SEO KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to all stakeholders.
Lead activations and coordinate with the wider marketing team to drum up awareness and demand amongst target audiences
Update stakeholders on the status and progress of active SEO initiatives and plans


Skills and Requirements
A proven background in a SEO role working in English and non-English speaking markets
In-depth understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO tactics, skills, and competencies
Fully conversant with SEO skills and tools (SEMRush, WordPress, Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, Ahrefs, Excel, HTML etc.)
Truly passionate about the nitty-gritty of SEO: trends, best practices, algorithm changes. Ready to take smart risks. Willing to experiment a lot
Technical and analytical orientation
Fluent in English


It’s a huge plus if you have
Fluency in any of the Nordic languages
Experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally within a rapidly growing company (SaaS preferred)
Easily adaptable skills to working with new technological solutions
Pardot or Hubspot Email Marketing experience
