Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
Work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to automate HR processes.
Configure security roles, access controls, and HR data models in compliance with organizational policies.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of HRSD solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.
Maintain system documentation, perform system upgrades, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) module.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
Experience with HR case management, employee lifecycle events, knowledge management, and self-service portals.
Understanding of HR processes and policies, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll.
Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement process improvements.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
