Senior Site Manager - Flexible Location within Europe

You will work in a dynamic environment within Europe and Central Asia managing sites for large (>20MEur) and/or high-risk commercial projects to our customers with cross functional teams. 
What you will do
As Site Manager, you will be part of the cluster project management office within Processing Solution and Equipment. You will be the overall responsible for all site activities (installation, commissioning and validation). Your main tasks will be to be responsible for the detailed activity plan and budget for site within our customer’s projects throughout Europe and Central Asia. 
You will have focus on
Provide Site leadership to deliver project result: Break down, plan and follow-up daily activities at the installation site, working with a cross-functional team of highly committed colleagues both from different parts of Tetra Pak as well as from our third-party suppliers
OHS and Quality plan and follow-up
Execute the project in line with applicable process, policies and project management practice
Making the acquired know-how available as well as improving and developing the people, processes and tools

The location of the position is flexible to all Engineering Centre locations within Europe: Lund (Sweden), Reinbeck (Germany), Madrid (Spain), High Wycombe (UK), Moscow (Russia). The position includes up to 50% travelling, depending on location of your projects. 
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with high integrity, who has strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To handle change, and to manoeuvre complex situations comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator who easily can work cross-functionally with people on all levels and cultures.
To be successful you need experience of site management (>3 years) and experience of leading cross-functional teams. You probably have a university degree in engineering (mechanical or automation), but more important is that you have relevant work experience. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. PMP and STSM certifications are eligible certifications and will be considered as a plus.
