The Team
We are a mid-size, cross-functional team of experienced software engineers passionate about building high-quality products. We develop both back-end and front-end solutions and are working in a close collaboration with our colleagues in India.
We follow a customer-driven approach with high performance and reliability as strong priorities, embracing modern development practices using AI technology in all parts of the development process to increase productivity and improve outcomes. Our working methodology is based on automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment as our corner stones. 


The Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will take on a wide range of different development activities including requirement analysis, software design, integration, verification, tool design and product troubleshooting. You will tackle technical challenges and complex problems that will require strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach. This opportunity offers you the possibility for professional growth, progressing into more technical leadership roles. 


To be successful in the role we believe you need:

•    A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
•    Excellent skills in software programming languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. 
•    Good knowledge of industry standard frameworks like Java EE, OSGi, Angular, Springboot etc.
•    Good knowledge in development environments and tools like Jira, Git, Gerrit, Maven, Jenkins etc.
•    Knowledgeable in containerization & cloud technics.
•    A creative soul and love to find new paths, innovations and solutions.
•    Leaderships skills in the sense of being brave enough to take full responsibility for your area of tasks and personal development, and in the long run also for the team or complete product.
•    A positive, analytic and inspiring approach to your everyday work.
•    Strong teamwork skills.
•    Proficiency in English, since we are a big player in the global environment.
