Who we are 
Interior Lighting is a part of Interior department consisting of approximately 120 engineers organized into six groups, developing components within the following areas: Compartment Trim & Overhead Systems, Rear End Systems, Interior Lighting, Interior Systems, Acoustics & Floor Systems, Police Cars & Accessories.
What we offer 
You will work in an agile team together with our System Designers, developers and tester as well as our Function Owner, who are working with the system design and implementation to deliver a premium illumination experience of the interior. The Agile team are responsible of the development of the Interior Lighting, i.e. ambient lighting features and to assure quality of the designs from concept until the end of production phase. You will be involved in building SW models as proof of concept and secure that our Software components are delivered according to requirements. You will be part of the component function verification testing and continue to build up our capacity for Continuous Integration. Further, the team will also assist with the Interior lighting strategy work supporting the System responsible (SA). This work includes all development phases but also products in running production. You will handle all task connected to the different phases, take care of supplier connection and having strategic impact on product development.
Education Background and Experience
We are looking for you who have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering or equivalent of relevant experience. You have at least 5 years of experience as a SW developer. Experience from Automotive, either from Running changes or New model development is meritorious.

On a personal level we are looking for a creative, curious and people-oriented Developer that can be flexible with different products and tasks. This role requires you to have great communication skills and fluency in English. You need to have the capacity to drive several issues simultaneously and work in a
structured way. You are together with your team accountable for all your deliveries, and you need to be result oriented and flexible with the focus to get the job done. You trust in people and power of collaboration; hence teamwork is at your high priority while solving tasks and striving towards a common goal. You should be able to build good relationship with internal stakeholders as well as have a strong connection with external suppliers.
