Senior Software Engineer

Raviteq is now looking into expanding the development of software products. Over the last years Raviteq has developed a great variety of new and complex products. New product ideas are in the loop. The goal is to strengthen the scrum team with talented development skills with the ambition to ensure continuous stable software releases of high quality products to a global market. The Software Engineer (SWE) works within an agile development team, using Scrum, together with other SWEs, led by a product architect designing and implementing product functionality. Other tasks for the SWE and the team are to improve the product based on customer experiences from using the product in live environments. Typical SWE work is to design and implement product functionality and handle maintenance of deployed products/components. Key responsibilities: . Designing, implementing and performing unit tests of features in one or more components . Delivering quality work in time according with the company?s best practices. . Maintain and support the products developed. This primarily includes contact with the customer support, and in some cases end-customers . Supporting other SWE in the implementation phase of a development project. . When needed supporting customer projects worldwide during installation of the product. . Lead designer and also a mentor to more junior SW Engineers The job requires: . Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development for mobile phones . Swedish language skills both verbally and in writing . English language skills both verbally and in writing
