Job Description


We are looking for Senior Software Engineer with experience as an architect within the Customer Care Area in the Customer Domain
You will join in our journey of creating the next generation customer experience by blending fashion and tech as a core. You will be in the center of a business area that are responsible for the digital-capabilities customers interact with across their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
Impacting everything from how we attract our customers, through ensuring a seamless shopping experience across channels, to building loyalty and a positive customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities
The Architect shall provide technical leadership to implementations and support new business efforts. Translate product strategy and requirement into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design
Build technical architecture for multiple solutions fitting industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs
Work with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Azure platform and supports use cases, strategy and industry standards
Collaborate with development teams on the design, development, and deployment of websites, development of web applications, mobile applications, and CRM integrations primarily on the Azure Cloud
Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help & ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insights
Ensure the architectural and strategic technical roadmap for the platform and be in the forefront of new features adding to the product
Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint, address and improve any technical issues
Collaborate well with Engineers, Architects, Managers to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient system

As a Technical Architect, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be excited about creating something new and challenge the status quo! Other important skills needed in this role is to keep it simple, to be humble, open to new ideas and contribute in discussions in the forefront of disrupt loyalty!
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in technical & architectural roles, solid delivery experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Fluent in Azure, Web Applications & API Development, Service & Platform Management, E2E Application Life Cycle Management, Git & DevOps.
Hands on experience with Enterprise Architecture including full stack development. Drive E2E accountability on design, architecture for the product
Experienced in designing scalable micro service architecture based solutions
Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstract to the latest UI and backend technologies
Hands on Experience with Azure Cloud in implementing applications using Angular and React
Experience in developing front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS / SASS, CSS with JavaScript Development, modern frameworks and design patterns
Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery in providing scalable solutions using Devops
Good knowledge of developing secure webpages and integrating the security features into the web applications in SQL and NoSQL
