How will you make an impact?
System Verification and Validation group is responsible for verification and validation of our analytical system for Allergy and Autoimmunity testing. This involves verification and validation of software, system and assay performance during updates of the current or development of new systems to ensure that our system fulfills internal requirement specifications and regulatory demands for all markets. The group is a team of around 20 people.
You will be responsible for leading verification and validation activities for our different software projects during the development of new analytical systems as well as updates of the current Phadia Systems. This involves planning and leading verification and validation activities and assuring that the verification strategy within the projects fulfills the regulatory demands. With support from the manager for System V&V leading verification activities also includes leading people.
Come and work in a supportive team with good collaboration. We also work closely with in particular the software developers but also other functions within the department System R&D. You will have the possibility to help our customers how they work and diagnose allergy tests and autoimmune diseases around the world.
What will you do?
In this role you will be responsible for leading the V&V resource and time planning activities/allocation for the team of five.
You will work with improvements of current processes within the System V&V team to assure that the verification and validation performed comply with the evolving regulatory requirements. Working with strategies and ways of working for verification and validation for current and future Phadia Systems.
You will also work in collaboration with other functions, in particular the software development team, within the department during the entire product life cycle to assure our products have relevant and testable requirements.
How will you get there?
University degree within computer science, natural science, technology or related field.
Several years experience from software verification and validation preferably within life science industry or equivalent regulated environment. Experience from leading verification and validation activities within product development projects
Interest in working with processes and ways of working
Experience in test automatization is an extra merit
Responsible, thorough and structured way of working and always having quality in mind
Able to take initiatives and work independently as well as be a good team player
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
