Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer / Test Lead
What You Will Work On
Quality-assure pension insurance solutions
Work closely with business and development teams
Plan, create, and execute test cases
Manage test data
Perform system integration, regression, functional, and acceptance testing
Test and verify the Lumera insurance system
Drive testing activities for new and existing functionality
Handle defects and incidents
Document test results and deviations
Follow up corrective actions
Work according to Agile methods
Support stable and high-quality releases

What You Bring
Strong experience in test leadership and hands-on testing
Experience across the complete testing lifecycle
System integration testing experience in complex IT environments
Experience from banking, finance, insurance, or similar
Experience testing Lumera
Ability to understand technical specifications and business processes
Basic SQL knowledge
Agile team experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
Structured, accurate, and self-driven approach
