Senior Solution architect

What we are looking for
The role of Senior Solution architect includes attending sales meetings, translating the customer’s requirements into a solution and developing Proof of concept. You will work closely with project managers and tech leads in connection with deliveries and with the CTO on strategic issues. We also want you to contribute to business development, both for customers and internally with our offers.
You thrive in an international environment with a variety of customer projects and technology. You are used to capturing and documenting the customer’s requirements, recommending customer solutions, and managing customer expectations. You also have the ability to break down large complex problems into manageable parts that make communication at both business and technical level.
We assume that you are a team player, with a holistic perspective and easily navigate between different stakeholders as your contact area is wide. We believe you are curious and want to be at the forefront of technology and methodology development
We are looking for you who are results-oriented, with an ability to identify, drive and complete your commitments. You are solution-focused, and with the customer’s best in focus you dare to challenge both customer and our own organization.
You have a good communication ability which means that you express yourself well in speech and writing and have the ability to adapt your communication depending on the receiver. We also assume that you have a willingness to share customer solutions, insights, and trends with others in the organization.
What qualifications we are looking for
It is important that you have worked as a solution architect with automation of network services for companies and / or operators and have a broad experience of commercial and open-source solutions for network operations. You should also be experienced in software architectures.
You have documented experience of software development and of network automation platforms.
It would be an asset if you have experience of working with 5G, network architecture and experience of working internationally.
You have relevant university education or broad, documented experience.
You need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

About the position
Location: Flexible. We would like you to live in one of the places in Sweden where we have our larger offices, such as Malmö, Skellefteå or Uppsala / Stockholm.
Working hours: Full-time.
Start time: By agreement.
Other: Travel occurs. Mainly in Europe but also the rest of the world.
