Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect
What You Will Work On
Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for the intranet platform
Translate business and UX requirements into technical designs
Design and implement integration architectures (APIs, middleware, identity models)
Define identity and access management models (SSO, federation, authentication)
Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance standards
Guide vendors and internal teams in solution implementation
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Support migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions
Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term architecture strategy
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and future-proof design
Collaborate across business and IT stakeholders in a global environment

What You Bring
Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise environments
Proven experience with SaaS platforms and large-scale intranet/digital workplace implementations
Experience with SharePoint migrations or intranet consolidation projects
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, SSO, federation)
Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, AD, SAML, OAuth)
Solid understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements
Experience designing scalable and maintainable system landscapes
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Experience working in complex, global organizations
Fluent in English
