Senior Solutions architect

Job Description
The role as a solution architect is versatile and includes attending sales meetings as well as translating the customer’s requirements into a solution. You take an active part in development and implementations. You should have some years of experience as a senior developer, already working or highly motivated to work as an architect.
You thrive in an international environment with a variety of projects and new technology. Together with other developers, tech leads and managers, you work in close collaboration with our customers to help them find the best possible solution for their needs.
We want you to contribute to developing our business, both for customers and with our offers. In this work you have the support from our competence teams and our CTO on strategic issues.
Qualifications
We see that you have a couple of years of experience as a senior developer and is already working or is highly motivated to work as an architect. You can break down complex problems into manageable parts and communicate this at both business and technical level.
You are a team player with a willingness to share solutions, insights, and trends with others in the organization. As a consultant, your contact area is wide, and it is important to navigate between different stakeholders. We value curiosity and it is important that you have the ambition to be at the forefront of technology and methodology development.
You are solution-oriented with the customer’s best in focus, meaning that you dare to challenge both customers and our own organization. We believe that you can adapt the way you communicate depending on the situation.
You speak and write fluent English and Swedish, since it is required in contact with colleagues and customers.

Additional Information
Location: Flexible. We would like you to live in one of the places in Sweden where we have our larger offices, such as Malmö, Skellefteå or Uppsala / Stockholm.
Working hours: Full time.
Start time: By agreement.
Other: Travel occurs. Mainly in Europe but also the rest of the world.
