Corporate HR supports Scanias global organisation from the people perspective, setting minimum standards, functioning as a centre of extertise and support mainly through the line HR organisation.We also support local HR-departments who in turn supplies Scania with qualified and dedicated employees that can grow with the company. By creating framework and standards with a proactive and constructive approach Corporate Human Resources is working with a focus on business driven HR

In this role the main assignments are:

Labour Relations


• Support Scanias management and global organisation in the area of labour relations with the aim of capturing the perspective of the employees for best possible decisions and business value
• Maintain and improve Scania Labour Relations structure together with employee representatives
• Lead the corporate work in relation to the Scania European Committee and TRATON SE Works Council
• Ensure good relationship to TRATON and VW’s corresponding functions

Labour Law


• Investigate and establish support function for global sourcing or labour – excluding area of global assignments,with the aim of supporting the line organisation in future flexible, and responsible, sourcing of labour globally
• HR Compliance – to act as responsible for implementing required processes and standards in the HR area
• Act as Scania’s personnel coordinator – which means being interface in HR investigations of serious violations, decided actions and reporting, as well as participation in investigation committee
• Responsible for Scania Group Policys in the people area, and participate in the Corporate Governance Board as HR’s representative

 

We are now looking for a Senior specialist Global Labour Law and Labour Relations and to be successful in this position, you have several years of experience (5+) within this area.

Required skills:


• Master in law, preferably with international labour law
• Good communication skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, both oral and written is a must, including legal terminology.
• Good ability to work in consultative manner
• Ability to work independently within the framework of the Scania purpose, values and corporate guidelines
• Knowledge about the Scania organisation is an advantage
