Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Coordinate and drive activities to ensure timely and effective actions through all phases of the deviation report.
Ensure suppliers conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Analyze statistical data related to supplier-caused quality deficiencies to validate corrective actions and identify recurring deviations.
Prepare reports and statistical documentation for key meetings such as Supplier Performance Review, NCC Q-gate, and supplier meetings.
Drive continuous improvements by developing internal processes and advancing supplier quality and process development.
Establish and maintain strong internal collaborations across departments to ensure optimal conditions for quality assurance.
Act as the key liaison between the company and suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution of deviations through the phases: Register, Analyze, Resolve, Implement, and Monitor.
Ensure the correct cost basis is available for potential supplier claims.
Opportunity to expand the role with strategic responsibilities as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), working alongside strategic purchasing teams to qualify suppliers and products.
