Lawson Global Support is growing!With the continuing vitality and expansion of our operations, Lawson is looking for a Senior Support Engineer in Logistics and Transportation to join our Supply Chain Management team. About Lawson Global Support The LGS organization within Lawson is responsible for our maintenance business.We aim to create the ideal product experience for our customers and provide high-quality services.We follow up on any product-related issues that our customers may encounter and deliver high-quality support services globally.Support also plays a vital part in assessing and improving the product experience of our customers.We aim to address issues as they arise and strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Lawson Global Support (LGS) is today divided into two main groups: Regional Support (RS) is the first line support in direct contact with the customer Product Support (PS) is the second line support, each team providing expert support on dedicated areas of M3. PRODUCT SUPPORT SCM Product Support Supply Chain Management (PS-SCM) is one of this second line support group.We are a team of 16 people located in Stockholm, with different backgrounds, experiences, skill sets, and even different nationalities!We work with customers all over the world.We help them with solving problems within Production, Requirements Planning, Purchase and Logistics.We perform deep analysis of their business processes, environment setup and suggest a solution.We work closely together with Product Development, Regional Support, Offshore resources and of course with our Customers. PROFILE REQUESTED We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to work with Logistics and Transportation issues. Several years of experience with M3 in the Distribution and Transportation area are necessary.Background from consulting is well appreciated (field experience, customer relation). It is appreciated if you can understand Java.You must be able to work both on your own and together with others, in- and outside the team.You must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.We would prefer you to be located in Stockholm, but could agree on certain other locations.The job does not require any travel, and can under certain circumstances be performed remotely.
