Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Test Lead – Energy Sector to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and implement test strategies for system validation
Plan, manage, and execute testing activities
Perform quality control and assurance throughout the testing process
Lead and manage test teams to ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report on progress and issues
Promote safety and integrity in all aspects of the work

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of control system software tools and programming languages (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
Understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalent (advantageous)
Proven team management experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
