As Senior Technical Leader you will ensure that activities related to engineering discipline(s) within the project is efficiently and cost- effectively executed, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities
In this exciting role you will lead a global team with technical experts who deliver computerized control and monitoring systems
Together with technical experts you will work at customers to configure the control system so that it best solves the customer's needs
Plan and conduct tests with the customer to assure that the system solves challenges
Coordinate and drive so that technical problems that the customer reports are taken care of and solved by the technical team in the best possible way

Your background
To succeed in this role, you preferably hold a Master of Science with focus on the energy systems and electrical power networks or similar
Experience of domains from the SCADA/EMS/ADMS systems business
As a leader you find engagement, customer-focus, self-awareness, and growth orientation as key to success
On a personal level you are dynamic and social person who enjoys working with people from various business areas and parts of world
As you will be part of a team that operates on a global arena, proficiency in English is required
