Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – BESS Project to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Manage technical aspects of the BESS project, focusing on EMS, PPC, and HV/MV substations
Oversee supplier coordination and ensure compliance with project specifications and grid requirements
Lead technical discussions and decision-making to optimize system integration and performance
Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including grid operators and engineering specialists, to drive project success

What you bring:
Proven experience in high voltage (HV/MV) projects
Strong background in EMS and PPC within energy storage or power generation
Ability to manage and coordinate suppliers and contractors in large-scale infrastructure projects
Experience in wind power connections is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical decision-making abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are a plus
