Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Energy) / Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Leading and contributing to technical projects and improvement initiatives within energy and infrastructure environments
Working hands-on across multiple technical domains such as networking and network administration
Supporting and applying basic OT/IT security and cybersecurity principles
Contributing within electrical power systems, substations, or closely related technical areas
Creating, improving, and maintaining technical documentation describing system and site architectures
Identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing technical solutions
Supporting and providing technical input to roles responsible for cybersecurity and system management
Acting as a technical problem-solver and sounding board in daily operations
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external consultants in a fast-growing, high-tempo environment

What you bring:
Several years of experience in a broad technical role such as System Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or similar
Experience working close to technology, with the ability to understand and coordinate across multiple technical disciplines
Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and technical dependencies
Experience from energy, industry, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments is an advantage
Ability to quickly understand new problems and independently drive tasks forward without detailed instructions
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work across many interfaces
Strong decision-making ability and comfort prioritizing in a changing environment
Fluent in English and Swedish
