Senior Test Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager who is experienced in marketplaces like MTS, Nasdaq OMX, Tradeweb, BBG.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for a specific test area and work independent, but also contribute in testing and discussions with the project team with knowledge about the full test scope.
● Identify GAP within testing and propose and, where appropriate, drive, measures to close GAP for the transformation to reach its goals.
● Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
● Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
● Plan for how test automation can be performed on a broad scale and with different technologies.
Who you are:
● Experienced tester and test manager and will work with both planning and preparations of test cycles and perform detailed testing.
● Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams.
● Good experience with Jira and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have experience of test planning and management in both traditional and agile development environments.
