Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Dynamics / Chassis Tuning Engineer
What you will work on
Chassis Tuning & Calibration
Perform chassis tuning and calibration for vehicles prior to EU market introduction
Tune vehicle dynamics across multiple development phases
Validate springs, anti-roll bars, bushings, bump stops, and dampers
Perform CDC current calibration

Testing & Evaluation
Execute in-car tuning and vehicle dynamics testing
Conduct driving simulator evaluations
Participate in structured test sessions and evaluations

Global Collaboration & Reporting
Work across test locations in Germany, Sweden, and China
Collaborate within work package team
Document tuning activities and compile technical reports from test sessions

What you bring
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of in-car chassis tuning experience
Valid driving license category B
Advanced test driver license from recognized test tracks

Technical Expertise
Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics and chassis systems
Advanced knowledge of CANape and related calibration tools
Solid understanding of automotive testing, validation, and tuning processes
