Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Design visually compelling experiences that align with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries through motion.
Develop and refine motion design elements within a design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts in identity, design leadership, and digital ecosystems to create impactful visual solutions.
Prototype and test motion concepts that inspire digital creators and enhance user experiences.
Explore innovative ways to integrate motion into digital brand experiences, leveraging After Effects, Rive, or similar tools.
Balance brand consistency with creative expression, ensuring motion and visual design elevate the overall experience.
Work closely with teams across the digital value chain, providing guidance and receiving feedback to refine design solutions.

What You Bring:
A portfolio showcasing exceptional motion and visual design that enhances brand storytelling.
Strong proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Rive, or similar.
Ability to work within brand guidelines while innovating to push creative boundaries.
Passion for storytelling through digital design, ensuring engagement across diverse global audiences.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Experience working with digital design systems, particularly in large-scale, global contexts (bonus).
Understanding of code behind motion and layout to enhance implementation efficiency (bonus).
