UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. Through UCG Recruitment we also help customers recruit personnel in the same areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden. For our customer we are looking for a Server support specialist. Start: 2008-12-01 Slut: 2009-06-30 Project description: For the Capital Markets Computer Centre (CMCC) SUN Connect has been chosen for deploying SW to the SUN and Database environment to secure fulfilment of Nordeas requirements for time to market, security and flexibility. The CMCC will be established during autumn/winter 2008 and you will be part of building it and running/maintaining it afterwards. You will be part of a Dedicated Team with approx 130 colleagues and interface daily with our Wintel and Sun specialists. Required skills: Installation of SUN in Test, Acceptance test and Production Maintenance of SUN OS levels and secure SUN OS are in newest patch level Establish procedures to Test, Acceptance and Production Secure that statement for design, implementation methods and test are fulfilled. Contribute with appropriate testing before production implementation and secure necessary actions in case of error when implementing in production Support to Customer in relation to performance and error handling. Consultant to projects and be an active partner in projects, both internal projects and projects in relation to Customer Advanced Unix and Oracle knowledge, in configuration, error handling, network, implementation and daily operation. Good knowledge of scripts Familiar with the SA&D and RFS process. Nice to have skills: Good communicative skills. Willingness to train others. Selfdriven and reliable.
