The Service Contract Team is responsible for product development, pricing, claims handling and administration of service contract products, sold by Mercedes-Benz in Denmark & Sweden.The service contract products include a wide range of products for passenger cars, vans and trucks.We collaborate closely with Mercedes-Benz Finance to successfully bundle financial and service products in order to maximize customer value and secure a trouble free Mercedes-Benz vehicle ownership.Furthermore the team is responsible for ?Service 24h?, Mercedes-Benz?roadside support service, supporting customers with around-the-clock assistance from qualified Mercedes-Benz technicians, throughout Europe. The Service Contract Team consists of eight dedicated professionals aiming for operational excellence, including speedy and cordial service & support to our customers and business partners.As Service Contract Claims Specialist your primary tasks and responsibilities include: - Act as first point of contact for all service contract claims related matters on Danish and Swedish markets - Process service contract claims in VEGA/EVA.- Safeguard reasonable workshop interpretations of service contract content - Service contract cost controlling - Perform various analysis and handle charge-back of workshops to balance service contract costs - Approval and booking of customer and Mercedes-Benz Europe/unauthorized workshop service contract invoices - Development and maintenance of Workshop Service Contract Claims Manuals for Denmark & Sweden.- Calculation of MPC support to local dealer administrated service contracts - Actively contribute to ongoing development and improvement of our business processes Help maintain the highest possible level of service towards our internal/external business partners Your prior experience and skills include: - Good oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Danish and Swedish languages.- Secondary education within business - Experience as a mechanic, technician or similar at a workshop is regarded as an advantage - Knowledge of and practical experience working with EVA/VEGA, ASRA & WIS is a merit - Knowledge of vehicle economics and Mercedes-Benz product range is seen as an advantage - Good all round computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel
