Background: Microsoft Services is the consulting arm of Microsoft helping our customers use the Microsoft technology in the best way. Services provides support on Microsoft products as well as consultants involved in cutting edge projects based on the latest Microsoft technology. Services plan to have more than 115 employees and revenue above 42 MUSD for fiscal year 2008. The revenues are growing at 30% compared to last year and are expected to show similar growth in the coming years Job's purpose: This position is responsible for financial stewardship and management of Swedish Services Businesses. Role includes financial advice, reporting close analysis Core Job Responsibilities: . Financial adviser in the local Services Management team . Provide financial reporting and analysis including revenue performance, P&L and opex reports to the Services organization and Finance Lead . Monthly close and reporting processes and deliverables - Provision of timely and accurate financial reporting (including headcount) . Input of financial expertise to business areas such as bid/contract/offerings pricing, project profitability and strategic initiatives. . Participate in monthly Business Review calls and present analysis on cost and HC. . Manage Business review processes like Mid Year Review, fiscal year Planning and Quarterly Review . Working with and influencing Regional and Corporate Services Finance teams to develop appropriate processes, tools and policies. . Support implementation and maintenance of new and existing business tools. . Drive the Cost and HC related processes in Budget, Mid Year Review and QBR. . Support the Services organization in financial matters. Requirements and Qualifications: . Masters' degree or equivalent in related area . 6-8 years of relevant work experience . Experience from international multinational companies . Experience from Software/Hardware/Services business preferred . Action oriented attitude and the ability to lead without authority . Highly developed analytical and organizational skills. . A frank and driving attitude together with humor. . Ability to work and inspire others under pressure. . Strong knowledge of business modeling in Excel. Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
