Job Description
Store Enablement Area plays a key role in enabling the future store experience. The area is set on a mission to provide a unified and streamlined in-store experience worldwide. We want to provide the best customer experience, coordination on rollouts and a simplified interface between Business Tech and our stores. The area will create a stable platform to build store specific applications running on modernized devices. All based on holistic store staff and customer vision and journey.
The role includes dual responsibility as you will work as a Service Delivery Expert with responsibility as Competence Lead. You will have staff responsibility for Technical Engineers and be responsible for their development.
Responsibilities
Your managing responsibilities as Competence Lead include:
Coaching and mentoring to help your employees become the best they can be
Collaborating with Product Owners on development and workforce planning
Participating in recruiting new employees
Working with performance management and salary review for your employees
Being compliant with laws and policies

Some of your daily work as Service Delivery Expert include:
Collaborating and agreeing on deliveries with stakeholders
Analyzing availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability to find improvement possibilities for the current and future delivery
Working as a service delivery expert within an area focusing on retail, the physical store and its hardware, devices, and applications
Designing, develop or support solutions
Contributing to the move needed to make our technical platforms enablers for future solutions.





Qualifications
As a Competence Lead, you have a solid technical background, great leadership skills, believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You like working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. We are looking for you who can:
Create partnerships and drive collaboration with internal and external parties
Understand business needs and understand the impact on services and priorities
Connect this with larger business goals and product roadmap
Has a background working with infrastructure for distributed sites and staff/customer facing hardware

Furthermore, we believe you have:
Worked in a role as Technical Project Lead or Delivery Lead or similar
Experience of application or infrastructure operations
Managed internal and external stakeholders
Been using agile methodologies and tools, familiar with agile ways of working
Experience in retail, hardware, devices, and/or applications
Understanding infrastructural landscape
An interest and understanding in IoT (Internet of Things), Android Hardware, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation
