Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for an IT Technician for our internal IT team. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden and will require some travel within Nordics, Europe and once in a while also to India.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Laptop Allocation
· Asset management
· Compliance for Sweden assets
· Software Compliance
· IT support to all associates
· Handling more than 900 Systems at Stockholm Location.
· Install, Configure & troubleshoot Network Printers.
· Installation of Testing software’s and applications on Windows Desktop and Server according to project requirement.
· Escalating unresolved problems to the principal and hardware vendor for resolution
Service delivery management, EUC support, process compliance, executive support, AV support, asset management, MAC OS support, remote user support, mail clients like O365 and Lotus notes support, TCS Security controls & maintain compliance

You have a degree and 11+ years’ experience in IT. You are a Windows and Linux System administrator. In order to succeed in the role you need extensive experience of assisting in different IT matters. Also, excellent communication skills are required as well as strong self-confidence as you will be facing many senior users in the Nordics.
Furthermore, you have the following skills:
Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows 2012/2016 servers.
Configuring and troubleshooting different types of servers like DC, DNS, Print, etc.
Installation & configuration of Active Directory Services. Administration of Active Directory users and groups management.
Installing and configuring DHCP Server and created Users, Groups, Organizational Units.
Troubleshooting the all types of hardware problems and client systems.
Backup Management: Veritas Net Backup. MAC Book Troubleshooting. Managing Collaboration Services.
Managing security compliance for IT devices. Techincal support for IT infra devices.
