Service Delivery Manager for POT Hypercare

We are looking for Service Delivery Manager for POT Hypercare for one of our renowned customers and candidate would be supporting End to End for our operations(run) and transformation as part of our BAU operating model.

Service Manager responsibilities of Vendor Management, Transition Management and Service Management and Defining and managing service level agreements with business and vendors
Managing external service providers

Delivery Management of the incident, problem, and change management. Release management across platforms

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP/SuccessFactors/SNOW or any other technologies

- Service Delivery Manager/Release/Dev ops lead

- End to End Support for our operations(run) and transformation as part of our BAU operating model

- Service Manager responsibilities of Vendor Management, Transition Management and Service Management

- Defining and managing service level agreements with business and vendors and managing external service providers

- Delivery Management of the incident, problem, and change management. Release management across platforms.

What 3 things are most important?
