Service Delivery Owner

We are looking for an IT Technician for our internal IT team. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden and will require some travel within Nordics, Europe and once in a while also to India.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Laptop Allocation
· Asset management
· Compliance for Sweden assets
· Software Compliance
· IT support to all associates
· Handling more than 900 Systems at Stockholm Location.
· Install, Configure & troubleshoot Network Printers.
· Installation of Testing software’s and applications on Windows Desktop and Server according to project requirement.
· Escalating unresolved problems to the principal and hardware vendor for resolution


YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree in as well as 11+ years’ experience in IT. You are a Windows and Linux System administrator. In order to succeed in the role you need extensive experience of assisting in different IT matters. Also, excellent communication skills are required as well as strong self-confidence as you will be facing many senior users in the Nordics.
