Service Designer - SE Market

Arbetsbeskrivning

Here at Kry, we are on an important mission: Provide great & accessible healthcare for everyone. However, we will not achieve that by only delivering a “best-in-class” patient experience. It can only be done if we can make people grow. Through a wide range and combination of responsibilities combined with a steady work-life balance, Kry is a great workplace for great people to thrive in.

Headquartered in Stockholm and backed by Europe and North America’s leading investors (Index Ventures, Accel Partners, OTPP), this is a chance to be part of a truly multi-national scale-up that is changing the way that healthcare is accessed and delivered across Europe. At Kry you’ll have a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings at Europe’s leading digital healthcare provider. We value grit and a can-do attitude; there is a long and challenging journey ahead of us. You are brave enough to set high goals and then work passionately to achieve them. Last, but not least, we think you believe that by working together we will achieve greater things than by working alone. At Kry, we care about each other and the world around us. This includes but is not limited to; creating a diverse, sustainable, and inclusive workplace for all our staff! Expect to have fun and learn new things every day!

As a member of the R&D function, you will be joining a group of around 250 people working with tech, design, and product. R&D is using the latest technology and data insights to build and ship products far better than anything else in healthcare. We work at a fast pace with the aim to create high-quality end-user value every day. You will work within a team small enough for you to play an important role in shaping our way of working and building our teams, but big enough to really make an impact and innovate healthcare.

As a Service Designer in the SE Market cross-functional team, you will lead service design initiatives for our SE offering. Working very closely with colleagues across the entire organisation, you will take a design-thinking approach to service design, supporting the business and its goals throughout the process. You see yourself as a strategic contributor to the product development and optimisation process with a wide spectrum of skills: breaking down complexity, research and data analysis, facilitation, strong business flair, and user empathy. Our service designers are focused on delivery of user-centred products and journeys, whether they are for patients, clinicians, or practice staff. This means ensuring the experiences align across the service ecosystem, often acting as the bridge between user experience and business needs.

You consider all perspectives when designing user experiences and mapping the services that support them. You are fluent when designing intuitive yet delightful solutions. In this role, you will have an important role in crafting service offerings for the SE market together with other talented colleagues.

OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU:

- Contribute to the understanding, shaping and executing on our SE market product strategy.
- Break down complexity by visualisation, user journey mapping, storytelling and blueprints of service ecosystems.
- Plan for good quantitative and qualitative data.
- Synthesise data into actionable insights and product hypotheses
- Be an advocate and facilitate a cross-functional design process with your team.
- Work closely with other global and SE teams to understand market specific requirements while maintaining system-thinking.
- Collaborate with the wider design organisation and participate in improving our processes

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

- You are obsessed about designing impeccable user experiences, pathways, and uptake and usage of all products.
- You identify yourself as both a service designer and facilitator.
- You naturally think in terms of ecosystems, identifying opportunities and connecting the dots.
- A passion for making healthcare more accessible to everyone
- Having an inventive and creative “do-what-it-takes” spirit, demonstrating a bias for action.
- Experience in working with complex service ecosystems with multiple user layers across channels
