ST Aerospace Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Desk Consultant to support our departments and local users in Stockholm, Arlanda Airport.
ST Aerospace is a Singapore based worldwide provider of technology within the aviation industry.ST Aerospace Solutions Europe A/S is based in Copenhagen with offices and shops in Stockholm and Oslo.The IT department currently consists of 7 members of the IT Team and expanding with a new colleague.We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Consultant to take responsibility of the full scale Service Desk and Support assisting our 200 users in Stockholm and co-assisting our 600 users in Copenhagen and Oslo.
The perfect candidate is an experienced IT Supporter with minimum 3-5 years experience, familiar to IT Service Desk and General IT Support and with a good understanding of technical configuration and integration.You have previously worked in Service Desk or Support Organization as Supporter or Consultant.You have a general IT education or other relevant education.It is a must that you have a good understanding of service and support and hold strong intercultural team- and communication skills on all levels, as well as good spoken and written language skills in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support of IT/IS systems with systems hosted at our Hosting Partner
HW/SW installation and configuration.Support HW/SW installations and upgrades
Application, network & printer support/troubleshooting
AD account maintenance.Maintain documentation
Purchase of HW/SW and telephony services.Participation in IT projects
Contact to users, hosting partner, IT suppliers, etc.

Competencies:
Formal IT Education.Experience from IT Service Desk / Support Position
Knowledge of network operation
Knowledge of Microsoft products e.g.Windows servers, MS Office and MS SharePoint, SQL etc.
Knowledge of Technical Software e.g.VM-Ware, VDI technology, Backup, Firewall etc.
Programming and Database skills are an advantage.Knowledge of IT Contracts and SLA
