Colfax is looking for a communicative and self-driven service engineer

Service Engineer ? Commercial Marine
The Service Engineer will strengthen the Commercial Marine market segment by ensuring support to the Sales organisation and the Sales process. The incumbent will be engaged in commercial Marine service activities including CM-1000 commissioning, claim investigation and field service work in general in the region.

The position is stationed in Stockholm and will be part of the Commercial Marine Service team reporting to Commercial Marine Service manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities
? Technical evaluation at customer premises and at Colfax premises as part of the claim process relating to Commercial Marine market unit Sales to Yard, OEM & Ship owners.
? Support the Sales process of Commercial Marine Market segment
? Prepare and execute commissioning of CM-1000 system

Interactions with
? Customers and business partners of Colfax
? Commercial Marine Market segment organisation
? Suppliers of Colfax in claim
? External Colfax service partners

Qualifications
? Preferably technical college education or equal experience
? Minimum of three (3) years of working as a Technician/Engineer equivalent position relating to pumps or similar equipment
? Basic electrical knowledge preferred
? Strong practical and theoretical skills in pumps or similar equipment
? Strong self-motivation
? Experience of on-site work at yard
? To be successful in this position you need to be communicative as well as have administrative skills
? Travels could be expected
? Ability to read, write, analyse and interpret general business and technical documents in English is required
? Other language skills are an asset
