Maritime Communications Partner is the leading global maritime mobile telephony operator and technology enterprise employing more than 40 highly skilled personnel. Our Services Engineers are working on Cruise ships and Ferries worldwide. Main responsibilities include installation and technical support for the MCP GSM and CDMA based communications systems, build/configure and test the MCP systems, perform site surveys onboard ships for new installations, arrange and coordinate service activities worldwide as well as being the customer contact on the technical level

Install, service, maintain and provide technical support for the MCP GSM and CDMA based communications systems

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Science from university or technical college
Service Engineer experience in installation and maintenance of communication electronics and related systems and equipment. (Newly graduated candidates with strong skills and the right attitude may also be considered)
Relevant working experience in the marine electronics environment on cruise ships, yachts and industrial vessels
Preferably possess GSM and CDMA knowledge, and computer skills IP and network
Be fluent in English and preferably one other foreign language
Some knowledge of Satellite Communications
Proven technical knowledge
Able to lift heavy equipment and climb into confined spaces
Personal qualities
Strong troubleshooting skills
Highly customer focused with experience in serving multi-national customers
Able to learn and adapt quickly to new issues, handling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, and adherence to procedures and scheduling deadlines
Service Engineers must have the capability to work worldwide, both independently and in cooperation with others under a high workload with varying schedules. Ideally, you will be a problem solver, and will be capable of prioritizing correctly under pressure
