UCG/ Radio Support är ett konsultbolag specialiserat på tjänster åt telekom och elektronikbranschen, främst inom konstruktion/verifiering och test/industrialisering. Vi har kontor i Kista i norra Stockholm men är verksamma över hela landet. Vi söker just nu en erfaren person enl nedan, för arbete i Stockholm. Start snarast. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description: - Service Engineer Mx-One / MD-110 - The Services Engineer is responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests with full responsibility for lead-time and quality. This includes external communication with partners/customers as well as internal communication with e.g. design department and product management. - As a service engineer, you must be prepared to give technical consultancy in customer's premises, which means a certain amount of traveling may be required. - Lead-time objectives that are defined per fault priority level will be followed. - The service engineer owns the relationship with the customers for technical issues reported from them. - Analyze, reproduce and isolate reported faults in lab environment. - Resolve complex configuration issues and provide available corrections to known faults/issues. Competence: - Expert/Good knowledge in several voice products regarding O&M and advanced services/design. - Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the telecom area. - Knowledge in Microsoft OS's, Linux, Unix and general datacom (preferred skills) - True customer mindset is very important including good communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - English language - Analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Requires occasional travel (domestic and international).
