Service Experience Manager

Are you an innovative and passionate person that wants to work with developing and raising the facility experience for employees? We are searching for a Service Experience Manager to our newly created global Function.
Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimizing our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
The position will report to the Corporate Director Facility Management.
The role as Service Experience Manager will work to raise the service experience for employees and for Tetra Pak as a workplace. The role is working in close cooperation with the suppliers within Facility Management to find new ideas and evaluate which concepts and ideas that should be implemented in the organization to support an inspirational work experience. You will work to share best practices and set standards for the group within this area.
What you will do
Drive the survey process for user/stakeholder awareness
Review and respond with activities to address survey findings – Promote and share best practice
Interact with Tetra Pak Subject Matter Experts to support their strategy
– E.g. Sustainability, OHS, Global IM (IT)
Soft service innovations roadmap and standardization
– Across parties (suppliers and Tetra Pak)
Site security strategy and collaborator blueprint
Alignment lead with OHS function

This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. 
Who you are
We are looking for an innovative and solutions-oriented person that is driven to set a new standard for the facility experience in Tetra Pak. We think you are used to work internationally handling different cultures and has experience from working with service, service concepts and customer experience. The right person has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You are a change agent that can operate in a complex global matrix environment. Further we believe you are a passionate and innovative change driver and a trusted business partner that delivers results.
About five years of work experience in a similar role, working within Facility Management and /or in the Service Industry
International work experience or strong interaction with an international environment
Experience from Stakeholder management
Excellent command of English, both written and oral
University Education
