In Schibsted Enterprise Technology we deliver our services to all exciting brands in the Schibsted family. It can be everything from Infrastructure Services to Business Services but we strive to do it in a standardised, transparent and cost-efficient way. To do this we are organised as a service delivery organisation with clearly defined services and applications connected to the services. To further develop our internal service management process we are looking for someone to take the lead.

You will be working closely with all our service managers to coach them on our service management processes and get extensive knowledge on all our services we provide today. In tight collaboration with our enterprise architects and business controllers you will work on developing the processes and make sure they are aligned with our financial processes.

This is an internal lead role in Schibsted Enterprise Tech and you will also take part in Schibsted cross forums where you will ensure Schibsted Enterprise Technology adherence to Schibsted policies. You will get a thorough understanding of the IT processes that are the foundation in global enterprises and therefore this is a great first role for building a career in IT.

Your main responsibilities will be:
As Service management lead you are responsible for informing stakeholders and developing the service management processes Schibsted Enterprise Technology is built upon.

This includes:

- Maintain and develop our internal service management process
- Coach and educate our service managers on the processes we use
- Quality assurance of metadata around our service processes
- Setup, analyse and report KPI’s to measure the efficiency of our processes
- Maintaining and developing our Service Catalogue built in our internal case tool Service Now
- Keep up-to-date with Service management best practices
- Take part in Schibsted-wide policy forums such as security- , privacy- and sustainability forums.

Skills and expertise:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English
- Social and the ability to communicate with both business and tech
- Experience or interest in business process modelling
- Structured
