We need an IT professional with an interest and talent for professional customer relationships for a position as Service Manager at our Göteborg office.Language skills are highly valued for the position. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of one or a number of clients.The Service Centre, together with dedicated Account Executives, is fully responsible for all European clients operating our products.The Service Centre is also the formal sponsor for the majority of the product development. Jeppesen Systems AB develops, markets, and implements resource optimization solutions for clients in the railway, logistics and airline industries.Clients include Deutsche Bahn, Rail Gourmet Spain, Green Cargo, SNCF, Port of Göteborg and some of the largest airlines in the world.Jeppesen participates in joint research and software development at some of the world's leading universities. Qualifications .You have an analytical mind and ability to link theory and practice in challenging technical IT related problems .You should be at least as interested in the clients' situations and the issues they face as in the purely technical problems..You are a team player who can communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients and colleagues, in different positions .You have a good command of English .Other language skills are merited .Unix/Linux, Python and CVS experience is merited Work at Jeppesen You will be a part of one of the worlds leading resource optimization companies within the transportation industry, working with world leading players in the airline and railway market, using and developing cutting edge technology and state of the art optimization.
