Financial Services IT is a part of the Digital Core Department at IT and its responsibility is to provide sustainable IT solutions and innovative IT expertise within the Financial Services area, thus one of our group’s primary purposes is together with FS to harmonize the global IT landscape.

And how do we do that?
We want to bring you and other awesome IT colleagues to our new group to support the transformation of our high-performance agile teams that consist of architects, developers, service managers, and some other stars that make this constellation pretty special. The ultimate goal is of course to have happy users within all SFS communities who can use the power of software and data to make better decisions.

Main responsibility areas


• Responsible for Scania IT deliveries for Financial Services
• Manage the budget and ensure that expenses are kept within established limits
• Capacity planning and follow-up on internal agreements
• Management and validation of invoices
• Business analysis and process streamlining
• Financial follow-up with suppliers, for contract reviews and license control against contracts
• Ensure that guardrails are followed, support audits, and license compliance

Your profile
You can help us establish new ways of working within our cross-functional organization to ensure our IT services are delivered in an efficient and compliant matter. To master this role you have knowledge of ITSM (preferably ITIL4), financial and vendor management. Since we are providing Financial services to the Scania Markets through the delivery of different ERP systems, we would appreciate someone with a creative, and agile mindset to help us improve our ways of working together with our IT organization and other stakeholders.

As a person, you are good at communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable challenging the organization, and managing conflicts when necessary. You lead by example in creating and keeping an exploratory work environment where we all feel free to try new things. You also have good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic Qualifications


• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Comprehensive Financial understanding
• Great experience in service management, preferably ITIL4's IM, PM, CM, configuration, and event management.
• Experience in compliance management and audit processes.
• The work environment is international and our corporate language is English.
