In the role, you will be part of the Application Management team, which consists of senior employees who all run their own teams in each area. You will report to Head of Application Management.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and Activities:
Service manager Cloud ERP is specifically responsible for managing Scandi Standard’s new cloud ERP solution. The role is responsible for the vendor relationship with the SaaS provider and the outsourced partner for Application Management. You coordinate the work internally with Scandi Standard’s Global and Local Process Leads, Service Desk and relevant application teams. Initially, the role will be very active in the project to set up a receiving governance organization for the new ERP solution that will be launched in 2023.
Manage relationship and contract performance with SaaS vendor and provider of Application Management services, lead vendor governance forums and manage licenses.
Manage life cycle activities, optimize performance of operations and support of the solution, align with SLA.
Manage releases & service windows, communicate to business stakeholders.
Lead governance forums with Global Process Leads, align business and IT roadmaps.
Safeguard the solution, manage quality assurance of changes, maintain guidelines, routines and documentation.
Secure working ITSM processes for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Adhere to compliance & security requirements.
Where applicable, coordinate solution design & development activities with key experts and service providers.
Qualifications
We are looking for
You probably have a background with several years of experience working in the interface between IT and the business, in similar roles such as Service Manager, Solution Manager or Product Owner in the ERP domain.
Able to handle many different stakeholders and move naturally between business and technical solutions.
Driven by business value creation in close dialogue with the business.
Experienced and have know-how of ITSM processes and IT governance models (ITIL, PM3 etc).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experienced of budget and follow-up work.
Have an academic background or other relevant experience.
We believe that you have a technical curiosity and it is particularly meritorious if you have experience or know-how of Infor’s M3 architecture and SaaS offering. Industry experience from international FMCG companies is a plus.
