We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Service Manager (SMO) with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the operation and delivery of service levels and quality for customer satisfaction and development. Both internal and external customers are referred to.


Responsibilities and duties:
Overall accountability for the customer's operational and support delivery.
In collaboration with the customer's delivery team, ensure that service levels for customer service are maintained. In addition, incidents on operational flows are recorded and resolved.
Develop and lead operational and support delivery with a focus on quality and profitability, as well as work collaboratively with the team to proactively prevent and correct errors, both internally and externally at the customer.
Requiring operational standards in the handover from delivery team to operation team
Responsibility for maintaining 24-hour readiness in order to maintain service levels
Customer satisfaction is ensured through collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) (cNPS)
Personnel accountability for team members Take the initiative to support and lead through present and coaching leadership.
Responsibility for ensuring that preparations are completed in accordance with the established schedule and current work rules.
Profit centre operations budget responsibility
Internal IT Organization Budget Responsibilities
The COO is the immediate manager and human resources manager.
Reports operational work for Starlify resp Integrations to Product Managers.
In customer-related issues, we work closely with KAM.
For product and service development, close collaboration with the CEO and Product Manager is required.
COO close collaboration on HR issues
Collaborate with the customer's technical team on internal IT, both hardware and software.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Service Management, operational ITIL processes such as change management, incident management, and so on.
Process improvement (ITIL)
Proactive, calm, safe, and capable of risk management
As a manager, you must be present, communicative, and committed.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English language in both speech and writing is required.
