Service Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Service Manager who is experienced with application management and development in an outsourced environment.

What you'll do:
● Represent the service within the entire organization and be responsible for the delivery of the Collaborate within Digital workplace.
● Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
● Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
● Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
● Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
Who you are:
● Have the ability to independently formulate, initiate, lead, drive and follow up on development initiatives and orders.
● 5+ Years of relevant professional experience or working in the Digital workplace.
● Have experience with application management and development in an outsourced environment.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to manage several ongoing initiatives at the same time and according to priority shifts between these to create a whole.
