Service Manager Support System

Service Management Support System Your overall responsibility would be to support the business within Sales in our ERP system and to further develop the Sales functions in the system. You will be based in Trelleborg. Your responsibilities: - Develop and set processes, guide lines and routines in the ERP system for sales for the end users including give support and train personnel - Analyze the business needs and use the ERP system functions to full fill the sales organization?s needs and guiding principles - Lead projects by defining processes and solutions in order to support Sales and be the interface between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and production Qualifications: - University degree or equivalent specializing within the areas of Computer Science - Minimum 2 years of an experienced IT role supporting Sales in an international setting - Fluency in English and Swedish, both in verbal and written are required.Knowledge in other languages is an asset.Who are you?You are a person who is capable of developing and maintaining good relationships and you are a good communicator who also has excellent listening skills.Besides your deep knowledge and skills for ERP systems, you have a deep capacity to grasp and understand what the business organization needs.The information, you are able to transfer into action plans.Your analytical skills as well as your skills to plan and organize are excellent. You are a person with high sense of responsibility, and your flexible nature makes you unafraid to take initiatives.To keep up in a fast working environment is no problem for you.You are driven and goal oriented, but have always the organization and the system user in mind. In our role you will travel within Europe.
