About the assignment
You lead your line organisation as well as the IT service dimension for your solution areas within Operations & Shared Services.
You will network with Business Solutions with a responsibility to understand their needs and identify the possibilities and opportunities. You do this with a detailed knowledge of the existing IT Services, professional services and technical services that we today deliver. You challenge the existing with identifying the gaps in the current offer by being innovative and flexible, securing delivery.
You will together with your unit secure day-to-day operations of applications and infrastructure services within your area. You will contribute to project success by providing competence and securing receiver actions for a smooth service transition.
You will be working in close cooperation together with stakeholders to secure IT service deliveries to IKEA where you are the escalation point.
You contribute in governance forums, steering groups and other forums connected to the solution areas. You have an accountability of having the legal contracts and agreements in place; securing that we deliver high performing stable services according to the agreements.
