We’re now looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Parts & Services organization. A dynamic professional with a passion for development – someone who enjoys finding new ways of doing things and inspire us to always stay two steps ahead in running an efficient business and maximizing our profits.


About your job
When entering this role, you define and develop the processes and ways of working for all our field services and rebuild solutions – including on call services, service agreements, as well as repair and rebuild – and you make sure that we always strive for improved operating efficiency and the highest customer satisfaction. This means providing a strategic oversight, as well as challenging our current way of doing things and implementing new, modern and digital perspectives that generate value for our business. You connect our service operations to the end to end product lifecycle, and you establish a solid infrastructure in the different digital platforms we use.


Another important item on your agenda is ensuring high quality and efficiency in our service operations platform, and you plan, develop and implement user centric solutions for managing resources, invoicing, contract management and work order management. You closely collaborate with our product managers and other stakeholders, and you fully engage in finding synergies and best practices. On top of this, you explore the market and analyze the industry to get a good grip on the actions we need to take to stay on top of our game!


This position is based at our headquarters in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. Global travel is normally included in the job.


About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from working within service operations, preferably as Service Operations Manager. You have broad knowledge of business, service or commercial operations, and you know how to plan and deploy solutions from start to finish. With your previous managerial exposure, you have developed a leadership approach that is based on transparency, open communication and team work. A relevant academic degree is needed, and you’re also skilled in the digital tools used in this field of work. We’re doing business in all corners of the world, and this calls for excellent skills in written and verbal English


Effectively balancing a strategic outlook with an agile doer’s attitude sets you up for success in this position. As you confidently take lead, drive necessary decisions and solve problems on the go, you’re also genuinely open for creative ideas and new perspectives. In addition, you’re the number one collaborator – a pragmatic people person with inspiring ways that help you challenge us, promote change and bring people onboard.
