The Sites & Applications team, within Sandvik IT, is accountable for the end-to-end responsibility within SharePoint and Notes/Domino for development and management of the related services. We are currently working with exciting projects such as transitioning from Domino/Notes to the SharePoint platform for our application environment and sites across Sandvik AB. Moving into new technology and performing with much need of life cycle management, we are now looking for two Service Operation Managers for Sandviken to work with improvements designed to develop customers' daily work and build a future Digital Workplace. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence the existing and future services in a truly global and complex environment.

Job Summary
As a Service Operations Manager you take the lead in all actions required to design, introduce, operate, change or retire a service/SLA. You handle new requests and you manage an incoming pipeline of new or changed services/SLAs. Ensuring balance between the level of quality and cost for the service/SLA and implementing improvements and cost optimization are parts of your daily work, as is ensuring that agreed targets are met. You also manage adherence to policies and directives for new and existing services/SLAs, such as sourcing and architecture. You recommend sourcing options for the service/SLA, in accordance with existing policies, and you maintain documentation for the service catalog content, support documentation, service architecture and supply chain.

Furthermore, you act as a point of escalation for operational issues affecting the service/SLA, and you manage the retention of suppliers for all parts of the service/SLA and for all needed processes.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent experience. You have at least five years’ experience of customer relations and the customer's business in an international environment. Financial follow-up and budgeting is something that you find interesting. Experience in Service Management and Global Service Operations is preferred, as is previous experience from a multinational company. You have good business acumen and ITIL skills, and it is a plus if you are also knowledgeable in Domino/Notes or SharePoint. As we operate in a global setting, you need to be fluent in English, while knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.

We are truly interested in your personality – you are organized and analytical with an interest in coordinating and aiming for an agreed target. With your strong networking and communication skills, you easily handle several internal and external suppliers. With our customers always in mind, you have a proactive attitude and are unpretentious but also firm and fair with clients.
