Are you fascinated by tomorrow's technology and looking for a full-time position at innovative Xplora? Xplora needs someone who is passionate about the customer journey and has experience as technical support!
Xplora connects families through their high-quality wearables allowing parents and children to stay connected throughout the day. They are growing fast and are looking for a full-time employee to be based at their Oslo office.
You will be part of a fast-growing international team in Oslo that delivers first line support to customers across multiple channels and countries. Your main tasks are to deliver great service and resolve customer issues quickly and satisfactorily. You will assist customers with the setup of their product, help them with the purchase process and answer general questions as well as solving minor technical issues.
The role of Customer Support Specialist will be part of the customer service team however will report directly to Head of Amazon Customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer feedback
- Reaching out to existing clients to improve their experience
- Proactively working to ensure best customer journey
- Managing customer opinions and expectations
- Handle customer inquiries, omni-channel including Amazon
- Master Zendesk
This is a full-time position. The working hours will be between 08:00 – 16:00 on weekdays. This is the perfect position for you who are fluent in English and German, and have experience and an interest in technology!

This is what we are looking for:
- Customer care experience from the telecommunications industry
- Distinctive approach to service and good customer care
- Be robust in relation with coping with a high speed work environment
- Master English both orally and in writing
- You speak German fluently
- It is an advantage if you speak spanish, but not a requirement
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly motivated and determination to achieve all goals and KPIs
