We are now looking for a Service Portfolio Leader for the Service Portfolio Management organisation within the Service Management & Operations.
REQUIREMENTS
We most of all value that you are adaptive as a leader and know how to enable change in disruptive times, through inspiring and clarifying to the leaders within CIO office. We also think that you love the mix of team leadership and coaching, together with setting the tactical direction and managing stakeholders across the CIO organisation to drive the service portfolio and its capabilities forward in an inspiring and clear manner.
We believe you have worked in the IT Service Management area before and that you are passionate about creating a seamless consumer journey through IT services and digital products for the current and future needs.
You have experience of growing and leading teams and can lead across teams in an environment of digital transformation and constant changes to technology.
You are great at engaging and communicating with stakeholders with the IKEA culture and values at heart to identify and capture business opportunities and deliver results.
You have a good understanding of cost drivers and effective leveraging of service delivery as well as the commercial consequences of technical decisions.
You are curious and through data analytics you know how to create insights on strategic, tactical and operational level to draw conclusions and to support the right business decisions.
You have several years of experience growing and leading teams where you are curious and can lead in an environment of digital transformation and constant changes to technology.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with one or more units within CIO office and be responsible for proactively monitor and track the progress of one or more service offerings in the service portfolio to ensure that it meets the defined Service Level Agreements. You will also drive the adoption and growth of a self-provisioning portal to accelerate the level of automation and self-service in the transformation of IT Services provided by CIO office.
As a Service Portfolio Leader, you will facilitate and maximise the use of service portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment and value of all units’ initiatives and deliveries within CIO office. You will also maintain the overall service portfolio by supporting and collaborating with the other Service Portfolio Leaders and Digital roadmap office.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
You will be part of a newly established organisation, Service Portfolio Management, which purpose is to lead the work with the creation, implementation, management and maintenance of the CIO office’s service portfolio and capabilities that fit the strategic direction of Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems and enable a seamless consumer journey. You will be part of establishing the Service Portfolio Management organisation and as it evolves, this position will also have co-worker responsibility.
The Service Portfolio Management organisation will be primarily located in Sweden and we see a mix of working both remote and in a physical workplace as natural.
We truly want to understand and fulfil consumer needs and expectations through continuous dialogue by ensuring our service offerings are relevant and available to IKEA co-workers, accelerating service delivery and enabling an excellent consumer experience. We are passionate about securing that digital products and IT services are adding value at all times across the IKEA landscape.
The role is based in Helsingborg and you will report to the Director of Service Portfolio Management.
